How much is monitoring for 10, 50, 100 vehicles?
Pricing is linear: a kit per vehicle plus a monthly fee. A basic tracker with installation is from 2,600 UAH, Navi.zone from 37 UAH/mo, Wialon from 195 UAH/mo per vehicle. The calculator will price your fleet.
Can I show the client where the cargo is?
Yes. In Wialon you can give a client a link to the vehicle for the duration of the trip, without access to the whole fleet.
Which to choose: Navi.zone or Wialon?
Both platforms show the map, trips and idling. Fuel in litres and accounting and API integration are in Wialon or Navi.zone Business. For SENT, e-TOLL, tachograph and CAN data — Wialon.
Is it legal to monitor drivers?
Yes, if these are company vehicles and employees have been informed in writing, against signature, about GPS monitoring: why it is used, what data is collected and who can see it. In Ukraine, issue an internal order and notify employees. In Poland, the purpose, scope and method of monitoring must be set out in the work regulations or a notice, and employees must be informed at least 2 weeks before it starts (Art. 22³ of the Polish Labour Code). Switch monitoring off outside working hours (private mode).
