Teltonika lists the FMx125, FMx130 and FMx920 series trackers, as well as FMB140 and FMC650, as certified for e-TOLL. Data is sent to e-TOLL and SENT via an external location service (ZSL), and we set up the connection — source.

What changed in SENT in 2026?
From 17.03.2026, SENT covers the transport of clothing and footwear; from 20.06.2026 — for consignments of clothing over 31.5 kg and footwear over 64 items. For such trips, the carrier enters the locator number and transmits geolocation for the whole trip. Check the exact thresholds and fine amounts on puesc.gov.pl — we will tell you what is needed for your specific cargo.
Can one tracker handle both SENT and e-TOLL?
Yes. Data goes to both systems via an external location service (ZSL), and we set up the connection. We will pick the right tracker model for your truck.
What if the tracker stops sending data?
Wialon sends an alert when the connection drops. Driver rules for a data loss differ between SENT and e-TOLL — we'll send a guide for your drivers.
Can tachograph data be downloaded without a trip to the depot?
Yes. An FMC650 with a company card downloads them remotely.
SENT, e-TOLL, tachograph: what gets in the way today
- Since 17.03.2026 SENT covers clothing and footwear — location must be sent for the whole trip
- One device for e-TOLL and another for tracking
- Tachograph data is collected by hand at the depot
- Unclear what to do if the tracker stops sending data
What you see after installation
- Whether each truck is sending data right now
- Connection loss alerts
- Driver working and rest hours
- Tachograph data without a trip to the depot
SENT now covers clothing and footwear; from 20.06.2026 — consignments of clothing over 31.5 kg and footwear over 64 items. The carrier enters the locator number and transmits geolocation for the whole trip. According to industry sources, the fine for failing to transmit geolocation is PLN 10,000 for the carrier and PLN 5,000 for the driver; for not submitting the notification — 46% of the cargo value, at least PLN 20,000. Current amounts — on puesc.gov.pl.
The version 2 smart tachograph is mandatory for EU-registered vans of 2.5–3.5 t in international transport and cabotage. For vans with Ukrainian plates, we check the requirements for your route.
For vehicles over 3.5 t, data is sent by an on-board unit, the e-TOLL PL app or an external telematics device.
