What data we receive

From the form: name, phone number, company (if provided), preferred contact method, comment.

Calculation parameters: industry, number of vehicles, tasks, kit, platform, with or without installation.

Technical: the page and language the request was sent from, ad tags in the link (utm, gclid), a hashed fingerprint of the IP address for spam protection.

If you message us on Viber or Telegram, these services process messages under their own rules.

Why and on what legal basis

To respond to your request, prepare an offer and an invoice, and to conclude and perform a contract — these are steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and the performance of a contract (Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To protect the site from spam — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To keep accounting and tax records under the contract — a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Analytics and advertising — only if you have agreed in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not sell data and do not make automated decisions about you.

Who we share data with

The website hosting provider and the company’s CRM system, where a manager handles the request. Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics and advertising) — only with your consent. Public authorities — only on a lawful request.

Internal notifications to staff are sent without your contact details.

Where data is processed

Requests from all versions of the site, including the Polish one, are processed by TOV Monitorland (Monitorland LLC) in Ukraine.

How long we keep data

A request without a contract — 12 months, then we delete it.

Client data — for the term of the contract and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold and get a copy, correct or delete it, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, receive your data in a machine-readable format, and withdraw your cookie consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

We need your phone number to respond to your request. Without it we cannot contact you. Other fields are optional.
