Installation: prices and time
The installer comes to you. Before leaving, we check the vehicle shows up in the app.

Payment, delivery and warranty
All termsPay by invoice
Payment by bank transfer to TOV Monitorland (Monitorland LLC). Prices in hryvnias including 20% VAT. Invoices for companies, sole proprietors and individuals. Card payment and cash on delivery are not available.
Delivery
We agree the delivery method and cost individually for each order. If you ordered installation, the technician brings the equipment.
Warranty
Equipment — the manufacturer’s or supplier’s factory warranty, with their term and conditions; we accept warranty claims ourselves. Installation — 12 months: if a fault is caused by the installation, we fix it free of charge, checking remotely first. The warranty does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
14-day returns
Equipment without installation can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. We refund within 14 days of your notice. The return procedure is in “All terms”.
Hardware sold separately
Teltonika and Bitrek trackers, fuel sensors and cameras are sold in the GPSka store. We do the installation and platform setup.

Is a monthly fee required?
Yes, you need a platform to see the data: Wialon — from 195 UAH/mo, Navi.zone — from 37 UAH/mo per vehicle, or your own.
Which SIM card do I need?
For Navi.zone Base and Pro — yours, any operator. For Wialon and Navi.zone Business we can provide ours.
How long does installation take?
A car takes 30–60 minutes, a truck or machine up to 2 hours. A fuel sensor takes longer because we calibrate it to the tank.
What is the warranty?
Equipment — the manufacturer’s or supplier’s factory warranty, for its term; we accept warranty claims ourselves. Our installation — 12 months. If there is a problem with the installation, we fix it free of charge.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. We ship the equipment, agree the delivery method with you and help connect it to the platform remotely.
