Prices and payment

Prices on the site are in UAH including 20% VAT, payment to TOV Monitorland (Monitorland LLC). We invoice companies, sole proprietors and individuals.

Card payment and cash on delivery are not available. The manager confirms the exact amount in the invoice: it depends on the number of vehicles, installation and platform.

Monthly fee

Wialon — invoiced by TOV Monitorland (Monitorland LLC), from 195 UAH per month per vehicle or 899 UAH for 6 months. The platform is provided by Gurtam; we connect, configure and support it.

Navi.zone Base and Pro — an in-app subscription via the App Store or Google Play on the app publisher’s terms: 7 days free, then the subscription renews automatically; you can cancel it in the store settings. Navi.zone Business — under contract and invoice.

Delivery

We agree the delivery method and cost individually for each order.

If you ordered installation, the technician brings the equipment.

Warranty

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s or supplier’s factory warranty. The term and conditions are those of the manufacturer or supplier of the specific model; the manager states them in the invoice. We accept warranty claims ourselves.

Our installation — 12 months. If a fault is caused by the installation, we fix it free of charge, checking remotely first.

The warranty does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Returns and withdrawal

Equipment bought without installation can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason: tell us by phone or at info@monitorlands.com and send the item back complete. The manager will give you the return address.

We refund within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent. The buyer pays for return shipping.

A consumer may withdraw from services (installation, Wialon subscription) within 14 days of ordering. If we started earlier at your request, you pay only for the part already provided. The cost of completed installation is not refunded; your other statutory rights remain.
