Is Wialon a Russian platform?
No. Wialon is developed by Gurtam, headquartered in Vilnius (Lithuania). On 6 March 2022, Gurtam announced it had stopped selling Wialon in Russia; according to Gurtam’s statement of March 2022, its servers are located in the Netherlands and the USA.
What if GPS is jammed?
Teltonika trackers detect satellite signal jamming and send an event. While there's no connection, data is stored in the tracker's memory and sent once the connection is back.
How much is the monthly fee?
Wialon — from 195 UAH per month per vehicle, including setup and support. Navi.zone — from 37 UAH per month per vehicle when paid yearly (Base, ≈449 UAH per year). You pay for the equipment once.
Can I use trackers already installed?
Wialon works with most common tracker models. Tell us which ones you have and we’ll say what can stay.
Can I monitor drivers legally?
Yes, if these are company vehicles and employees have been informed in writing, against signature, about GPS monitoring: why it is used, what data is collected and who can see it. In Poland, the purpose, scope and method of monitoring must be set out in the work regulations or a notice, and employees must be informed at least 2 weeks before it starts (Art. 22³ of the Polish Labour Code). Switch monitoring off outside working hours (private mode).
VAT invoice and contract?
Yes. We operate as TOV Monitorland (Monitorland LLC), a VAT payer: a contract and VAT invoice for companies and sole proprietors.
Are Wialon, Віалон and Виалон the same thing?
Yes, it is the same Wialon platform by Gurtam, just spelled in Cyrillic. We connect Wialon Hosting from 195 UAH per month per vehicle.
